We are providing transportation for individuals staying at the hotel. There will be two trips from the hotel to the venue and two trips from the venue back to the hotel. Please be at the designated pick up locations on time! The venue is located approximately 26 miles/30 minutes from the Polaris area.




From the hotel to the venue:


Trip: 3:30 pm hotel pick up, 4:00 pm venue drop off
Please meet outside of the front entrance of the hotel. Due to the number of people that are using a shuttle to the venue, there will only be one trip to the venue!


Trips from the venue to the hotel:
Please meet outside the front of the venue
Trip #1: 10:00 pm venue pick up, 10:30 pm hotel drop off
Trip #2: 11:00pm venue pick up, 11:30 pm hotel drop off
