Where is the wedding taking place?

Our venue is called Stardance Events Center. It is at: 8110 N Scenic Dr, Tucson, AZ 85743. Take Scenic Dr. all the way to the end of the road until you see the large archway that says "Stardance". Turn left into the venue and you will see the parking area to the left.

What should I wear?

We humbly request cocktail attire. This typically means dresses or a nice jumpsuit for women, and slacks/suit jacket for men. The temperature may be warm during the ceremony but should cool down into the evening. We request that, though boots and a cowboy hat are appropriate, please do not wear jeans to this event. If you would like to match our wedding colors, we would recommend wearing warm earth tones such as burgundy, terracotta, brown, green, and dusty pink. These colors are optional, not required!

What will the weather be like?

We anticipate the weather being in the mid-70's during the outdoor ceremony and in the mid-60's for the indoor reception. We recommend bringing a light jacket or suit jacket that you can put on or take off throughout the wedding as the weather changes.

Do you have a registry?

Your presence is present enough, but should you desire to bring a gift, we ask for a contribution to our honeymoon fund. Thank you for helping make our honeymoon the best ever!

May I bring my child?

As much as we love your littles, we have chosen this event to be adults-only. The exceptions to this rule are infants and our flower girl and ring bearer. Please message the bride or groom with any questions. Thank you for your understanding.

May I bring a plus one?

Your invitation envelope should indicate if we have saved you a seat for a plus one. The venue has a limited capacity and we want to be sure that each guest has a seat and a dinner portion. If you have any questions, please reach out and message either the bride or groom.

I have dietary restrictions, can you accommodate?

Our caterer can accommodate dietary restrictions! Please indicate when you RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions and we can either label the buffet appropriately or arrange for a separate plated meal.

What time should I arrive?

We kindly request that you arrive 15-20 minutes before 5pm in order to find a seat and settle in. The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5pm and no late admittance will be allowed so as to not disrupt the ceremony. Thank you for understanding.

When is my RSVP due?

We need to give a final headcount to our venue and therefore we need all RSVP's by September 1, 2024. Please only RSVP if you are certain you will attend. If you do not RSVP, there will not be an available seat or meal for you, as we are paying the venue per-person. Thank you.
