Savannah is a beautiful city with so many fun things to do that we couldn't possibly list them all here! You can spend a full day walking around & enjoying the city.
These are a few of our favorite spots you can check out while you're here!
O'Connell's is the BEST spot to get a pint of Guinness and our favorite cozy Irish pub.
Located in the Perry Lane hotel, this rooftop bar has one of the best views of Savannah! Great drinks and food as well!
Located in The Alida Hotel, this rooftop bar has an amazing view of the river where you may be able to catch a ship coming into the port!
Jones Street is one of the most beautiful streets in Savannah, maybe the country! A nice stroll down this street is a perfect way to start your morning. Clary's cafe is also a great breakfast spot on this street, but be willing to wait in line!
The Coffee Fox is a great coffee shop that also offers small pastries baked locally. Make sure to try the kolaches!
Debi's restaurant is special to us for many reasons. Not only does it remind us of Joe's mom, Debi, the food is great and reasonably priced! They are open for breakfast and lunch and I highly recommend the croissant bacon, egg and cheese sandwich!
The best tacos around!
Everybody knows that Joe is a HUGE sports fan, especially football. It's one of the things we bonded on in the beginning. Coach's Corner is our favorite sports bar around!
Forsyth Park is a beautiful spot to take a walk and see the iconic fountain! There is also a restaurant, Collin's Quarter at Forsyth, right in the middle! If you're looking for something to do Saturday morning before the wedding, they also have a Farmer's Market!
For our brewery friends, Service brewery is one of our favorites! It is veteran owned and dog friendly! Our favorites are the Compass Rose IPA and the Rally Point Pilsner.
Two Tides is another one of our favorites breweries! They have a ton of different options and specialize in sours and slushies! There's also a coffee bar in the morning.
The Graveface Museum is not for the faint of heart. This is a true crime and oddities museum! As a true crime fan, I love going here to see what new items they have found. There's also free pinball with your ticket!
There are lots of cemeteries around Savannah, but this one is by far the most beautiful. There's plenty of space for walking around and enjoying the trees and Spanish moss!
Starland Yard is a great spot for a group of people! There's multiple food trucks & a full service bar. Plenty of seating and spots for kids to run around. There's also a pizza shop and a few other permanent food shops. A few shops are around as well!
