YES! We will have our ceremony in the grass field behind the pavilion!

Yes! A bus will pick up guests at the hotel to bring them to the venue at 4:15pm. There will be 2 bus shuttles going back to hotel; 10:30pm and 11:00pm.

The ceremony will be outdoor behind the pavilion in the grassfield! Our reception will also be outdoor under the pavilion!

There is a large parking lot located next to the venue! Also, you can park at Avon Old Farms Hotel and take the bus!

Yes, Avon Old Farms Hotel. The bar will be closing at 1:00am. We cannot bring outside food & drink into the bar, but we can have outside food & drink in the lobby and outside!
