Attire for the event is semi-formal or formal. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this as it will ensure a cohesive and elegant atmosphere that complements the significance of our special event.

If not taking the shuttle from a hotel, you should plan to arrive at the Venue no later than 3:00. After this time the entrance of the venue will be blocked to reduce noise during the ceremony. If you arrive after it has already been blocked, you may park on the road and take the short walk to the ceremony site.

Yes! We want to allow our guests the opportunity to have fun while being safe. A Kobussen shuttle will be picking up guests from these hotels at the following approximate times: Days Inn: 2:00, 3:00, & 5:00 PM SureStay Plus 2:05, 3:05 & 5:05 PM Comfort Inn & Suites: 2:10, 3:10 & 5:10 PM. Following the reception guests may take the shuttle back to the same hotels at 9:00 PM, 10:30 PM & 12:15 AM.

As part of the festivities, we're excited to let you know that there will be an open bar available throughout the evening. We want you to relax, enjoy yourselves, and raise a toast with us as we begin this new chapter of our lives together.

We have blocked rooms at the ComfortInn, DaysInn, and SureStay Plus in Black River Falls. Within the "Travel" tab you will find other hotels in the area if those are full.

Yes! You are able to leave your vehicle at Burlap and Bells overnight and may retrieve it the following day with no issues.
