Our venue allows only a certain number of guests; therefore, unless a guest is listed on your invitation, we will not be able to accommodate additional guests. We sincerely hope you understand and still join us in the celebration. We are excited to share this day with you!

We want you to wear what feels comfortable, but also encourage festive attire—it’s a New Year’s Eve wedding! Think cocktail or party-ready outfits with a touch of sparkle, shimmer, glam, etc. to celebrate the occasion. The bridesmaids will be wearing silver, but guests are absolutely welcome to wear silver too! The only request? Please, no jeans. Let’s make it a night to remember!

We love your little ones, but only children listed on the invitations are invited. Since it’s a New Year’s Eve celebration with the venue open until 1:00 AM, it will be a late night filled with festivities. Please keep in mind that with the ceremony starting at 5:00, dinner will also be served late. Thank you for understanding, and we can’t wait to ring in the new year with you!

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM, so we kindly ask guests to arrive by 4:30 PM to find your seat and get settled. This will help ensure everything starts smoothly and on time — we can’t wait to see you there! Parking WILL be limited at the venue. We encourage you to utilize the shuttle.

Yes, there will be a shuttle from the hotel to the venue all day. Parking WILL be limited at the venue. If you are able, please park at the hotel and shuttle to the venue. The shuttle will run from 3:00pm-5:00pm and again from 8:30pm-2:30am.
