Can I RSVP online?

Yes! Please use the QR code to RSVP for all invited guests. We ask that only guests explicitly invited by name be in attendance, which means our wedding will also be a kid free event. We wanted to give parents the chance to have a weekend getaway in a romantic destination and celebrate with us! Please RSVP by January 15, 2025.

Where will we be staying?

Our venue is small and intimate which allow for the wedding party and parents to stay on site. It will truly be festival vibes all weekend when we get together. The town is Calistoga, Ca and will have tons of boutique hotels in town to stay. The town is about 6 minutes from the venue.

How will I know where I'm staying?

As other traditional weddings are tasked with creating a table seating chart for dinner, we have been tasked with creating a room assignment chart. We know each and everyone of you so well, so we put you in the best location for you to thrive with us all weekend. Let's be honest, the rooms won't be used for much more than sleeping anyways. We have a whole 12 acres to hang out and explore, patios, pool, hot tub, it's going to be AMAZING!

How will I be paying for my accommodations?

If staying on site, Triple S Ranch has tasked us with collecting payments for accommodations for the weekend as a way to save on occupancy tax rates in California. We have received room rates from Triple S Ranch and have set up a payment website to take payments for the rooms you have been assigned to. Rooms are heavily discounted and comparable to hotel stays in Napa Valley.

How will I get to the wedding?`

Flights should be routed through San Francisco or Sacramento. It's about 1.5 hours from each airport. A rental car will be needed and for those who are arriving earlier or staying later to make a longer vacation out of the weekend, we will be recommending some of our favorite sites to see in the Bay area. Also, see about coordinating with others coming in on the same flight. Parking will be available.

What will the weather be like?

The wedding is predominantly outside. The weather in Calistoga can be hot (last year I don't even want to talk about it...), But it cools off at night. The historical average high is 89 degrees during the day and the low is 54 degrees at night. Lucky for us, we will be getting married under the large canopy of a 300 year old Walnut tree, dinner will be under the canopy of several Redwood trees, dancing will be inside a vintners barn and the after party will be in an underground distillery cellar. So we will be keeping it cool all weekend. Throughout the weekend we will be hanging by the pool and enjoying the 25 person infinity hot tub on site.

What should I wear?

What is cocktail attire? Ultimately, it aims to strike a balance between formal and casual, as well as elegant and comfortable. For an event with this dress code, such as a wedding, men typically wear a suit and tie while women wear a cocktail dress. For women "your goal is to create an elegant look wearing a knee-length, tea-length, or midi dress." For men "a suit and tie are required for cocktail attire. As for shoes, keep it classy with a nice pair of dark dress shoes that match your belt." “Cocktail attire is meant to bridge the gap between day and night,” Side note: Brittney has waited 37 years to get married to the love of her life, please don't wear white.

What to bring with you?

We will be providing alcohol for the welcome party and wedding cocktail hour/reception, but the venue is BYOB so feel free to bring your favorite bottle or case of beer for drinking between events. Please feel free to bring food/snacks for your daily comfort. There are a number of kitchens on site. Again, we will be providing dinner during the welcome party, cocktail hour, wedding reception, and late night!
