Our Wedding

Brock and Ashlynn met and started dating in 2017. Brock was a sophomore and Ashlynn was a freshman at Lubbock Cooper High School. They met through one of Ashlynn's friends who had a Spanish class with Brock, and from there it all took off! They hung out for the first time in November of 2017, then quickly turned around to have their first date that sealed the dating title on December 2nd, 2017. From there, they experienced all of high school together and really did everything together. You could catch them together at every homecoming or prom, or see them in the stands of every football and soccer game supporting each other. After high school, they started their first year of long distance when Brock went off to Abilene to play football and attend Abilene Christian University. They pretty much made the drive every other week to see each other until Ashlynn went off to ACU the very next year. And who would have guessed, they again did everything together in Abilene. From watching Brock play football, Bean dates, and dorm curfews, they always found something to do in the small college town. Being in the same town again lasted just about one year and then long distance began again when Brock transferred back home to attend Texas Tech University. During this year of life and long distance, Brock knew that the big question to ask Ashlynn to marry him would come soon. In August of 2022, Brock took Ashlynn to a jeweler in Lubbock to go look at rings and from there, Brock started planning the proposal with Ashlynn's roommates. Then the day came where they perfectly executed the surprise proposal that was long awaited! February 25th, 2023 Brock proposed to Ashlynn and without a doubt she said yes! Later that year Ashlynn also transferred back to Lubbock to attend TTU, and from there they got to spend the rest of their engagement together in Lubbock. Brock and Ashlynn are so excited to get to experience even more life and blessings together as the wedding day comes. This day has been in the making for a while now, and it has been a long time coming!

THE GIRLS !!

Hannah was one of Ashlynn's sophomore roommates at ACU and current roommate back home in Lubbock. Hannah and Ashlynn do just about everything together whether it be a small movie night or a big change when they both transferred back to Lubbock, and together they do all the in between. Ashlynn is so excited that she get's to have Hannah with her on this day too!

Trista was one of Ashlynn's sophomore year roommates at ACU after meeting and becoming best friends through sorority rushing their freshman year. They did not get to finish together at the same college, but that never stopped them from being a big part in each other's lives. Trista is the life of every party and is now partying by Ashlynn's side on the big day!

Kylie and Ashlynn are sister-in-laws through marrying the Thompson brothers. Ashlynn is the oldest sibling, so Kylie truly is a big sister that she never had, and she is so blessed by it! They do almost everything together and never miss a week of reality TV or Dancing with the Stars. Kylie has been such a big supporter for Ashlynn and Brock throughout engagement season and they are so lucky to get to have her support on this day and all the ones to come!

Stevi and Ashlynn have been best friends for 10 years now! Since middle school the two have always talked about each other's wedding days and Stevi has been able to watch Ashlynn and Brock's relationship from day 1. Stevi's daughter, Paisley, will even be a flower girl for Ashlynn and Brock on the big day! With Stevi's support over so many years she now will be standing with Ashlynn on her wedding day!

Kinsey and Ashlynn have known each other since middle school! They went to the same church growing up and then have been friends ever since. Through all of the different seasons they have lived through, Kinsey has always been a constant supporter and friend to Ashlynn. Ashlynn is so thankful to have Kinsey stand with her through yet another season and on such a big day!

Bailey is one of Ashlynn's 2 little sisters. Ashlynn and Bailey are only 3 years apart so Ashlynn loves getting to watch Bailey step into new seasons that Ashlynn had just finished & cheer her on. Bailey has watched Ashlynn and Brock's relationship begin and grow to today! They are so excited to have Bailey as a part of their day.

Jordynn is the youngest of Ashlynn's 2 little sisters. Although Ashlynn is the big sister, Jordynn is the type of sister who always has your back even if she is the youngest of the bunch (but might also "borrow" from your closet when you don't know it ;) ). Jordynn has also been able to see the progression of Brock and Ashlynn's relationship and now gets to stand with them when they say "I do"!

Ashlynn has known Addisyn all of Addy's life, and she is just like another little sister to her! Addisyn's mom, Holly Guillmen, has been friends with Ashlynn's mom, Tasha Terry, for a long time now. Addisyn holds a very special place in Ashlynn's heart and has also won over Brock the last couple of years. Ashlynn couldn't imagine not having Addisyn be a part of her big day!

Bryce is Brock's older brother. Brock and Bryce have always been very close from when they were little and even today. Through many different stages of life, they have always been there for each other. Brock has also been the best man in Bryce's wedding in 2024! Bryce has been able to see Brock and Ashlynn's relationship grow and now gets to stand with Brock.

Hunter is Brock's cousin. Brock and Hunter have also always been very close growing up and even now. Hunter, Brock, and Bryce have a very close bond and support each other always. Brock is excited to have Hunter be a part of this new season as well.

Sage is one of Brock's friends who he has known since middle school. Brock and Sage are always out playing basketball and have pretty much grown up together. The two of them have always been there for one another and now Sage is standing with Brock in this new stage of life.

Brock and Robert have been close friends since high school. They played football and soccer together all through high school and have still stayed connected all these years later. Robert has always been a consistent friend for Brock, and Brock is excited to have his support on this big day!

Quin is a friend that Brock has had as long as he can remember. Growing up together, they have always been there for each other through church, middle school, high school, college, and now this new season post college. Brock is so glad to have such a consistent friend through all of these years.

Brock and Logan met through church within the last year since Ashlynn and Brock started attending Monterey COC, and even though it has been a short amount of time their friendship has grown lots! Ashlynn and Brock have gotten to enjoy engagement season with Logan and his now fiancée, London, and they are so excited to get to witness this new season of marriage with each other!

Hudson is someone who has spoken so much life and wisdom into Brock and Ashlynn as a couple and as individuals. Hudson is a connections / college minister at Monterey COC and welcomed Brock and Ashlynn into the Monterey church family with open arms! They are so excited to have Hudson lead them into the season of marriage and they couldn't imagine anyone else officiating for them!
