Where and when will the ceremony be?

The ceremony will be at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bryan, TX. The ceremony will start at 3:00 pm and last approximately one hour with a full mass.

Where and when will the reception be?

The reception and dinner will be held at The Weinberg at Wixon Valley in Bryan, TX and will open right after the closing of the ceremony at the church (approx 4:30 pm).

Will dinner be served?

Yes. Dinner will be at 6 pm.

When does the party end?

11 pm. All alcohol distribution and service will be shut off 30 minutes prior to the scheduled end of event (10:30 pm).

Is there parking onsite at The Weinberg?

Yes, there are 100 parking spots and 100 overflow parking spots. However, carpooling or ride share is encouraged!

Can we leave our cars overnight?

Yes. Vehicles must be parked in designated parking lot. The Weinberg is not liable for parking incidents or accidents. All vehicles left overnight must be picked up by 9am the following day. Any vehicles remaining after 9am will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

Are we allowed to park in vendor/employee parking?

No. Vendors and service personnel are to park in employee parking areas only.

Are children allowed?

Yes. But, children are never allowed to wander the property unsupervised and are never allowed near the ponds unsupervised. No swimming or wading in the ponds. No rock throwing anywhere on the property. No crayons or markers of any kind will be permitted on property for children.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

No, The Weinberg is a TABC certified facility. By law, no outside alcohol is allowed on the property.

Is smoking allowed?

No smoking including e-cigarettes will be allowed within 20 feet of the building, there will be cigarette butt receptacles outside. Guests need to make sure no cigarette butts are left around the premises.

Can we walk through the vineyards?

Yes. But, guests should not pick or eat grapes from the vineyard. The Weinberg is an operating vineyard and chemicals may be present.

Are there wildlife?

The Weinberg is located in a rural area, it is not uncommon to see various forms of wildlife. Do not approach, lure, attempt to catch, or scare away any animals.
