To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by August 23rd, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by the date specified, we cannot make any exceptions and will have to mark you as a 'no.' We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

Yes! We are asking our guests to dress up with us! Formal wear is requested. Formal wear for gentlemen may include a jacket and a tie or traditional suit (a dress shirt and a tie is also an option). A tuxedo is not required. For women, any type of dress. Please no jeans, sneakers, or ball caps! Please keep in mind, everything is indoors and will be in the fall season!

We love your little ones as much as you do! However, we have decided to keep our wedding adult only (21+), unless stated otherwise in the invitation. We encourage you to use this as a date night and enjoy yourselves!

We are having an unplugged ceremony! We ask that you kindly put your phones away and off/on silent for the unplugged ceremony. We have two FANTASTIC photographers and will absolutely share all of those photos with you! There will be plenty of time for pictures at the reception!

Yes! Please drink on us! However, the bar will be closed during the first dances and dinner, it will open back up when it's time to hit the dance floor. However, please be respectful of this and please understand - you will be asked to leave if too much alcohol is consumed or if problems arise. The venue has strict guidelines and we want to respect their space/staff. Please also respect it is our day and we want to remember it well!

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests, we can only accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be addressed as {Your Name} + {Guest} if a plus one has been given to you.

The ceremony will take place at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church in Allegany, NY. There is plenty of parking there. Cocktail hour and reception will take place at The Barn at Willow Pond in Great Valley, NY. Times will be located on your formal invitation and on the home page of the website!

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate you if you don't RSVP. The venue/catering will need a specific guest count 3-4 weeks prior to the ceremony. Please try to RSVP by August 23rd, 2025 so that this situation does not happen! Thank you in advance!

We want our guests to have a good time and not have to worry about how they are getting back to the hotel! We have rented a shuttle with the venue to take you back to your hotel & AirBnB within Ellicottville limits! You can leave your car at the venue for Saturday night and pick it up sometime on Sunday! When you get onto the shuttle at the end of the night, you just tell the Bus Driver your destination!

The wedding ceremony will take place at 1:00pm at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church in Olean, NY! The cocktail hour will be at 4:00pm and the reception at 5:00pm, both at The Barn at Willow Pond!

The wedding ceremony will promptly begin at 1:00pm. Please arrive at the church 30 minutes prior to ceremony so we can avoid guests arriving when the bridal party arrives! Thank you!

There will be plenty of parking onsite at the church and at The Barn at Willow Pond. You are allowed to leave your car at the venue overnight on Saturday and pick it up on Sunday as we have the venue until Sunday.

We are so grateful that you want to be there! We strongly encourage you to attend both the ceremony and reception as we want to share our entire day with you and create those memories!

Be mindful that it takes about 20 minutes to get from St. Bonaventure Catholic Church to The Barn at Willow Pond. In the meantime, going to check into your hotel is something you could do or explore downtown Ellicotville before cocktail hour starts at 4:00! The bridal party and families will be taking pictures at this time!

There is a hotel block for guests with a discount. If you look under the "Travel" tab on this website, there will be three hotels that you can reserve. When you call, make sure you say under the "Pearson" room block!

Upon booking, you will be required to pay at least half of the hotel fee when you book then the other half will come out after you stay. If there are any questions, please ask the front desk upon booking or give them a call anytime!
