I don't think I need to put a description on Beale Street! It is a great time always! Be sure to check out the Beale Street flippers!
This is a must see! Located in the old Memphis Pyramid. Inside there are several huge fish tanks and water exhibits. There is a bar with a bowling alley, restaurant and hotel! You can pay $10 and ride the elevator to the top floor for a killer view that over looks the bridge and downtown Memphis!
Loflin Yard is a bar, restaurant, and event space, but above all else, it's a haven in the heart of downtown. Grab a bottle from the wine rack, order food from the patio window, and settle inside or out. No matter which house you pick, you'll feel right at home in the Yard.
Our venue is right across the street from Raifords and we can't wait to throw a big after party there Saturday night!
Standing at the corner of Main and Monroe in Downtown Memphis, Brinkley Plaza is filled with Memphis history. Built in 1924, this historic site has been home to iconic Memphis institutions, the Peabody Hotel and Lowenstein's department store. Since 2002, it's been home to Felicia Suzanne's Restaurant and her distinctly Southern mélange of class and sass. Inspirations from all over the South pepper the menu. There are down-home staples from Felicia's Arkansas childhood, seafood in both the Gulf Coast and Charleston low-country traditions, and (of course) Memphis' soulful BBQ style.

In 1948 Charlie Vergos cleaned out his basement below his diner, discovered a coal chute, and started a legend.
The coal chute gave him a vent for his considerable talent over a grill, and allowed him to expand from ham-and-cheese sandwiches to ribs.Today, several thousand people on an average Saturday night pour into our basement and sink their teeth into a slab of what makes Memphis, well, Memphis.
