Guest check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. All guests arriving before 3:00pm will be accommodated as rooms become available but cannot be guaranteed.
Free Parking and Complimentary breakfast is served every morning from 6 am to 10 am. Guests may also use fitness center, and pool.
The room reservation cut-off date is June 10th, 2025, at 11:59pm. Reservation requests received after 11:59pm local time on the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and rate available basis.
Individual reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to day of arrival. Any reservations cancelled after this policy may be subject to a cancellation fee of one (1) night’s rate plus tax.
Guest accommodations will be available at 4:00 pm on arrival day and reserved until 11:00 am on departure day (times are subject to change). Based on availability, if a guest would like to check-in earlier they may be subject to an early arrival fee of $20.00 plus tax.
Current self-parking charges are $11.25 for overnight parking (prices subject to change). Valet parking charges are currently $22.00 for overnight parking (prices subject to change). Garage pricing is subject to increase during city special events. Please check-in at the front desk to pay for your self-parking card or valet parking.

After the individual attendees have made their own reservations and received a confirmation number, guests will have until 48 Hours prior to arrival to cancel with no penalty.
An Early Departure Fee may only be charged if an attendee checks out of the Hotel prior to the attendee’s scheduled departure date, without having notified the Hotel at check-in of the change in scheduled departure.
