They may have met on a dating app in 2015 but the instant attraction didn’t pan out right away. It took a couple years, and a bit of persistence on Bryan’s part, to finally make Daniel see this was something more then friends.


Both were coming out of bad situations looking for friends, and that’s when it happened. It started as friendship and before they knew it, the relationship had changed. One day they were talking and both just realized “I think we’re dating…… and I kinda like that”.

April 12th 2019 was the first official date at the Cincinnati Art Museum. From there they were hooked on one another. From morning calls at 4am to talk before Bryan went to work to driving back and forth between Cincinnati and Lexington, the two couldn’t get enough. Finally Daniel convinced Bryan to move to Lexington.


Then came 2020!


And even though it was tough at times, the pandemic only brought them closer together! Through the shut down they kept each other sane and supported each other in the craziness that swept the world. They used this time to really create a home and a family with their three dogs Loubie, Fendi, and Jasmine.


Over the next years the relationship thrived and they enjoyed so many things together including Bryan’s first plane trip and visit to the ocean. They knew that this was it. They wanted to be together forever. It was very important to Bryan so first they asked each other’s parents for permission and then on October 20, 2021 Bryan popped the big question! While outside enjoying a fire one night, Bryan gave a sweet speech, got down on one knee, and presented Daniel with the most beautiful ring he’d ever seen!!!! And obviously, he said yes💗💗💗
