The ceremony and reception are outdoors. The reception is under a covered structure.

There is plenty of parking at the venue.

On May 18, the average temperature in Harrodsburg ranges from 57°F to 74°F and is rarely below 45°F or above 85°F.

We will start with some appetizers right after the ceremony. Then we have salad, bbq and sides from City Barbecue. After dinner there will be cookies, cake pops and candy for dessert. The drink menu will include Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Sprite, beer, wine, alcoholic punch, and water.
