Mexico City has TONS of museums, shows, landmarks, & cultural experiences.
We are listing a few of what we've tried.
Every night is a party at the park - Alameda Central, Paza by the Palacio, along Reforma avenue.
This is a high-end market tour and cooking class. We discovered and booked this experience when we were in Mexico City to finalize some pieces of the wedding. It is pricey, but one of the best cooking experiences we've ever had.
The chef is very knowledgeable and passionate about Mexican history and Mexican food.
The evening classes do not include the market tour because the markets are closed.
The day tour (that we did) was around $200 per person before tax and tip and lasted about 6-8 hours
This walking tour will take you around the Centro neighborhood of Mexico City to try a number of late night street eats.
We love walking around Roma.
This area is full of cafes and bakeries.
Boutique shopping area. Super cute and very festively decorated.
We ate tons of street tacos and drank tons of aguas frescas (fresh squeezed juice) and had no problems.
Street food we paid in cash. Restaurants we paid with credit card.
Good for ANY meal. They also have brunch. Roma area.
Surprisingly good seafood. Roma area.
Amazing mole. They have HISTORIC mole and the restaurant itself is gorgeous.
Centro area.
They have locations elsewhere.
AMAZING "sorbet". It's not really ice cream, but I didn't think it was sorbet either. Centro area.
They also have locations elsewhere.
Thai food in Roma.
Taqueria that's open 24/7.
We liked the lengua & pastor.
