Our RSVP deadline has passed, and we can't wait to celebrate with all of our confirmed guests!

We understand things come up. Just email us right away at malboeufwedding25@gmail.com so we can make the appropriate changes. Please note we cannot add any guests to our list after March 1, 2025.

As our hotel room block is full, guests are advised to make reservations independently. Our guests may either use the link on the Travel tab to reserve their room, or they may call The Virginian Hotel Front Desk team at (434) 329-3200 x0. If you're looking for alternative accommodations, there are several other hotels and AirBnbs in the area for you to consider.

For a more intimate celebration, we're inviting only the children of immediate family. We kindly ask for your understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Unfortunately there is a limit on the guests we can invite and cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. If you are a special case where we have allowed you a plus one, we have listed her/his name or "Plus One" on your RSVP profile.

Let's kick off the party on time! Please plan to arrive between 4:15 and 4:45 pm to ensure you're here before the ceremony begins. Doors will be closing promptly at 4:55 pm, and no late entries will be permitted. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated!

Day self-parking is complimentary and overnight self-parking is $12.00 per night, per car. Valet parking is available at $17.00 per night, per car. Parking is located just behind the hotel to include 2 decks with access on 8th Street and Main Street. Parking across from the hotel on Church Street (lower level) is available for Diamond Hilton Honor members only and valet, the upper level is available to hotel guests for self-parking. There is free parking garages around Lynchburg also if you prefer.

Our entire wedding will be held indoors.

Cocktail hour will begin at 5:30pm where there will be snacks and drinks. Dinner will begin promptly at 6:30pm.

If you have specific concerns or allergies, please detail them when you RSVP for the wedding and we will confer with our caterer.

Yes! The open bar will be serving alcohol from 5:30 pm until 9:30 pm.

The dress code for our wedding is formal or black-tie optional. As the wording here suggests, this dress code is slightly less formal than a black-tie wedding. So, a tuxedo isn't required, but can still be worn if preferred. If opting for a suit, however, a formal dark suit, white shirt, and a conservative tie are acceptable. For women, a floor-length gown, a fancy cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit are all acceptable. Please stay clear of jeans or khakis! Ladies, please stay clear of wearing any white, cream, champagne or off-white colors. Below are some inspirational pictures for your reference.
