We are recommending that everyone flies into the PISA airport on the 29th. Once you book your flight please text one of us your flight information.

We have reserved rooms at the venue and the venue's sister hotel for everyone. Please check your invitation as it will specify where you will be staying and what you need to do to ensure your room is confirmed. If you would like to find your own accommodations (airbnb's, etc...) that's no problem, but please let us know ASAP!

Once we know everyone's flight plans we will arrange an airport transfer for the group.

If you would like to rent a car (which we recommend) this is best to do at the airport. Car rental isn't necessary but if you'd like to explore Tuscanay while you are here it is necessary. There are a few ubers/taxis in the area but the wait can be long and it is often very expensive because of the remote nature of the venue. We recommend Europcar at the Pisa airport for car rentals. Please be aware there is very limited parking within the gates at the villa. If you rent a car you may need to park on the street below the villa, which is about a 5-minute uphill walk away.
