As much as we love your family and your kids we unfortunately have limited space and budget. Please only RSVP for the names listed on your formal invite.

Friday welcome dinner will be in an enclosed space, but there will be outdoor activities. Saturday will be outdoor, with dinner/reception under a covered pavilion.

The cabins are shared spaces, summer camp style. All cabin booking will go through us not the venue. You will let us know on your RSVP if you plan to stay on site. We have the entire facility and will spread you out and have you bunk with people you know. Camp Map posted below in this section. Cabins will be $40 a person for the entire weekend. You have the option of paying $17 for linens provided by camp or you can bring your own.

We have hotel blocks with discounted rates at two hotels in Flat Rock. Please see the "travel" tab for the two options and for the Block Code for the discount. These will be booked through the hotel. If you choose this option you will have to provide your own transportation to and from the venue.
