FLYING TO MEXICO

If you plan on attending our wedding weekend, we would encourage you to book your flights sooner rather than later! There are two airports that service the San Miguel area: Leon (BJX) and Queretaro (QRO). Both airports are a little over one hour away driving from San Miguel. At this time, there are no direct flights from the NYC area to either local airports. However, there should be a number of easy connections available through the major domestic airline hubs (Delta/Aeromexico connection through Atlanta, United through Houston, and American through Dallas). Travel can also be booked into Mexico City (MEX) which is about three-hours away via car. There should be a number of direct flights daily to and from Mexico City, with a few commuter flights between Mexico City and Queretaro if you prefer to transfer internationally.

(QRO) Queretaro Airport, MX

The Queretaro airport is about an hour away from San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. There are several flights a day on various airlines with connections from Dallas, Houston, and Atlanta.

(BJX) Del Bajio Airport, Leon/Guanajuato

The Leon airport is about and hour and fifteen minutes from San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.

(MEX) Juarez Intl, Mexico City, MX

The Mexico City airport is about three and a half hours from San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.
