Residence Inn by Marriott Flagstaff

Due to peak seasonality and location, Residence Inn by Marriott in Downtown Flagstaff does not offer room block options. The hotel will have availability if booked sooner rather than later, and is a great option for those wanting to be within the heart of Downtown Flagstaff. To book, visit this link.

AirBnb & VRBO

If you would prefer to stay in AirBNB or VRBO, there are several excellent options available around Flagstaff's metroplex.

The heart of Downtown Flagstaff is probably the best option for an AirBNB, because you can walk to the Downtown bus pick up location and forego Ubering. Look for an AirBNB near the Residence Inn Downtown Flagstaff for your best location.

How will I get from the hotel to the venue and back?

We will have 3 busses providing transportation for guests from each hotel to the venue, along with returning from the venue at the end of the night. Bus transportation will be provided from the 3 hotels we have Room Blocks at, as well as from the Residence Inn by Marriott in Downtown, Flagstaff. For those choosing AirBnb or VRBO, rideshare options such as Uber and Lyft are limited, but available, if preferred to renting cars. You can also stay Downtown and utilize the Downtown pickup location. See link above for suggestions.

Which hotel do you suggest?

Which hotel you choose greatly depends on your desired location. Courtyard Marriott and Springhill Suites are both nice hotels, as well as are within 10 minutes of the wedding venue. The DoubleTree by Hilton is closer to Downtown Flagstaff, and the Residence Inn by Marriott is nestled within the heart of Downtown Flagstaff's shopping and restaurants, which are about 20-25 minutes from the venue. Both are great options if you're looking to explore Flagstaff more during the day! Due to Flagstaff's Oktoberfest also taking place during our wedding weekend, traffic will be heavier coming from Downtown Flagstaff that wedding night, so bus transportation from the DoubleTree and Residence Inn will both have an earlier pickup time, and could have a longer return commute at the end of the night.
