The Denver International Airport, which is 2 hours south of Laramie, is going to be the largest airport with the most flight options. If you are wanting to fly in closer, the Cheyenne Regional Airport (30 minutes from Laramie) or Laramie Regional Aiport (10 minutes from Laramie) offer flights with United Airlines. If you are flying private, the airports to fly into will be Laramie Regional or Cheyenne Regional.

Yes! If you would like to be on the shuttle, please let us know as we have limited spots that the buses can transport. Otherwise, you will need to drive your vehicle there. Please think of carpooling as well with other guests you know to help eliminate how many cars need to park on-site.

We are having an unplugged ceremony. We want all our friends and family to fully feel the love and be in the moment with us! This means we are asking that all phones and cameras be put away and turned to silent/off during the ceremony.

Wyoming weather can be slightly unpredictable BUT in the summer months, it is usually sunny and around the high 70s - low 80s and the lows are around the 50s - mid 60s!

-The ceremony will be outdoors at a separate location. - The Cocktail Hour and Reception will be indoors at the Gateway Center.

Yes! There will be a designated area at the ceremony site. The reception site, Gateway Center, has a large parking lot that you will have access to.

That's okay! Any time we can spend with one another is enough! You can RSVP to all individual events when RSVPing.

The reception will be ending at 11:30 pm.
