The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. Please try to arrive 10-15 minutes early to make sure you are seated and settled by this time.

Please take the opportunity to dress up! Consider the dress code "dressy casual." Please reserve white for the bride.

The short ceremony will take place outdoors. Please keep an eye on the weather and bring a light jacket if necessary. Cocktail hour will take place both outdoors and indoors with the reception inside of the Event Center.

The couple will provide two kegs for guests. If these run out, or if you wish to purchase something else, the bar is cash only. There is an ATM on site. Under no circumstances are outside alcoholic drinks allowed on the Elkhorn Event Center premises.

For those only generally familiar with the Black Hills, Mount Rushmore is 70 miles south of our wedding venue. Definitely hit all the sights while you're in the area, but please be conscious of how spread out they may be.
