Caitlin and Jake met at the University of Florida in the Spring of 2018 when they were set up as blind dates on Caitlin's sorority formal date function. Caitlin and Jake started dating New Years 2019 and spent the rest of their college days together.

Upon graduation in 2020, Caitlin and Jake planned to move down to Miami, FL and begin their careers. However, the COVID-19 pandemic put a big wrench in those plans, forcing Caitlin and Jake to leave Gainesville, FL early and decided to head back to Boston, MA. During the pandemic, Caitlin and Jake enjoyed spending time with family and raising their Mini Aussie-doodle puppy, Dunkin, all while waiting to move back to FL in the summer of 2020.

Jake ended up landing a position in finance and Caitlin with an outpatient pediatric primary care clinic in MA where the the rest is history!

Caitlin and Jake currently live in an iconic brownstone apartment in Boston's Back Bay and have been there for the last 3 years. Jake currently works at Columbia Threadneedle Investments and Caitlin at Woburn Pediatric Associates, while currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice at Regis College. Caitlin and Jake cannot wait to celebrate their love for each other with all of their closest family and friends on July 20, 2024!
