Our wedding dress code is cocktail attire. We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with tie and women wear a short/ midi or floor length dresses or dressy separates. Overall, we just want our guests to be comfortable! Please note venue is on grass, so thicker heels may more comfortable for women. The venue is located on the water, so potential breeze is possible. Average temperatures range between 56-75 degrees during this time of year depending on weather that day.

We love your kids but we also want our guests to have a fun night out! This is the perfect excuse to call that babysitter and think of it as a date night away!

Yes, there is no need to worry about going to and from ceremony to reception. Both events will be taking place at Roanoke Island Festival Park.

We politely request an unplugged ceremony. No need to worry about us not having photos, as we have hired photographers to do the work! Reception photos are absolutely fine as we cannot wait to see how much fun everyone’s had!
