It's New Year's Eve, and we plan to celebrate! We suggest black tie -optional or formal attire for our wedding ceremony and reception. We also request that guest wear dark colors; black, navy, dark green, maroon etc. Get festive with it! Its New Years Eve, sequins, sparkles, and velvet are all welcome.

The ceremony will be hosted indoors, in the loft area of the venue. Due to the rules of the fire marshal (we know lame), there will be limited seating for the ceremony. If you are invited to the ceremony it will say so on your invitation/RSVP. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to us.

The reception will be held in the main area of the venue. All listed on your invitation are welcome to attend the cocktail hour, dinner, and celebration. We are planning on celebration all the way through to the New Year at the venue!

We will have Sierra Shuttle Service to and from the Double Tree and the Carriage House. It will run every half hour starting at 5:00pm until 7:30pm to help everyone get to the ceremony and reception. At the end of the night it will run again from the Carriage House to the Double Tree every half hour from 9:30pm until 1:00am.

If you plan on driving, there is parking available free of charge around the venue. We want to make sure all guests get home safely. Uber and Lyft are available in Cedar Rapids. There will be a shuttle service to the DoubleTree where our hotel room block is.

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation and RSVP.
