We officially start dating after about a year of friendship! We started out long distance while Caitlyn worked a year-long internship in Philadelphia.

Covid hit, causing us both to have to cut down our working hours. Luckily, this allowed us to quarantine for extended visits together when Caitlyn was still living alone in her Philadelphia apartment.

Caitlyn moved to Boston to start her career in ecological horticulture, while Nate stays in Connecticut to finish school and later get a job in insurance.

Our first trip together as a couple. This visit to Acadia National Park kickstarted our plan to visit all of the U.S. National Parks. In this photo Nate just found out that he can find some leftover wild blueberries on the trail to snack on.

We continued our national park adventures by hiking in four of the five parks in Utah. This picture was taken on Angel's Landing in Zion National Park.

Until 2023 when Nate tore his meniscus and ACL, we ran every (non-Covid-cancelled) Manchester Road Race together 2019-2022

Our third National Park venture in Wyoming to see the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone.

After going nearly fully remote, Nate moves to Boston to live with Caitlyn and roommates (including Gary pictured here).

In another national park venture, we headed to Washington State to hike Olympic National Park and North Cascades National Park, where Nate proposed!
