Please reserve rooms before June 10, 2025. You can reserve the room by calling (860) 257-6000 and asking for the Rodriguez Procaccini room block, or visit the Accommodations section of this website to reserve online.

No, guests are encouraged to arrange for a designated driver if they plan on drinking. Ubers should also be available. Guests are permitted to leave their cars in the parking lot overnight and pick them up in the morning, if needed.

If your invitation was addressed to "[Your Name] and Guest" you are welcome to invite a plus one. If the invitation was not, do not bring a plus one. Please make sure to RSVP for your plus one if you are bringing one. Please only bring children if they were addressed in the invitation.

Hors d'oeuvres will be available during the cocktail hour followed by a sit-down meal. Dinner options will include a choice of chicken, beef, fish, or vegetarian option.
