The beach... enough said!

Cardiff Beach is our favorite for avoiding the crowds. Moonlight beach is a good family-friendly place to take the kids. If you're staying up in Encinitas, Beacons is a great low key locals' beach.

One of our favorite spots in Cardiff to grab a drink and a bite to eat! If you go there, you have to try their famous *"man-mosas!"

*warning - more than two man-mosas will likely result in the need for a nap

Easily one of the coolest places to grab a taco or burrito and watch the waves! You can park at the San Elijo campgrounds (just tell the people at the gate and they'll give you a temporary parking pass).

Local Tip - The line to order food is typically pretty long.... buy some beer at the camp ground store (right next to Bull Taco), enjoy the beautiful setting with your fellow taco goers, and make some friends... The food is worth the wait!

Great food, tons of beers on tap, and a fun atmosphere. We love talking a beach walk from our house to Swami's break, climbing up the old wooden stairs, and enjoying a well-deserved brunch at the Union Kitchen & Tap.

Another Cardiff favorite and our after-party spot of choice. This is where we'll be taking the festivities after the reception. If you are lucky enough to be served by our favorite bartender, Sara, take good care of her! She's a gem.
