Please treat this as you would treat any formal event. It is not a black tie wedding however men should plan on wearing a suit and tie. Women should plan on wearing a formal dress. Jeans are not allowed.

No, please refrain from using your phones during the ceremony. Our wonderful photographer will make sure every moment is captured. We want everyone as present as possible. During the reception please go nuts with all the photos and videos you'd like.

No, kids are not allowed at the ceremony or reception. We thank you for respecting our wishes. Please use this night as a night of celebration away from the kids!

Yes, there will be a cocktail hour between the ceremony and reception at Lauritzen Gardens, the reception venue. If the weather is nice please take the chance to step outside and walk the grounds or take some photos in the main hall.

Yes, there will be a gap between the ceremony and reception. We've linked a few places to kill time at in the "Things to do" section on this website. You can also take part in the cocktail hour!

Both the ceremony and reception are indoors.

We recommend everyone drive/carpool to the ceremony and reception. If you're unable to have a vehicle Uber and Lyft are all over Omaha. Keep in mind we can't guarantee how many will be running on this day.
