Q. Dress Code?

A. Dress as you'd like. Caleb and Alyssa like to dress up so all are encouraged to dress as nice as they would like. At our Request we ask that no one wear a white dress.

Q. Hotel accommodations?

A. The venue is close to both Clear Lake and Mason City. We have a wedding block of rooms at the Fairfield Inn and Suits in clear lake. Just call them (641-357-8585)and ask for the Caleb and Alyssa Hill Wedding on October 10th.

Q. Are kids allowed at the wedding?

A. We encourage everyone to treat our wedding as a nice get away or date night out away from the kids. Some family and friends kids will be attending. If you cannot find accommodations for your kids for the night please reach out to Caleb or Alyssa.

Q. Transportation?

A. If you plan on drinking, There is a shuttle bus operated by the Venue owners that at the end of the night will take two trips to our selected hotel.

Q. When will the Ceremony and reception Start.

A. Ceremony will take place at 4:30 PM. Pictures and cocktail hour will take place after the ceremony with wedding party entrance and reception to follow at approximately 6:45.

Q. Can I take pictures of your wedding?

A. We have hired a photographer and we would like people to not pull out their phones or take pictures during the ceremony. We would like people to be in the moment with us and let our photographer do her job. After the ceremony during the reception we are fine with people taking pictures and would encourage you to share them with us after the wedding, but we would ask you to not post our wedding pictures to your social media accounts.

Q. Will I be able to bring a plus one?

A. When invitations are sent out the invite will say the names of each person invited on it and if you've been allowed a plus one. Please understand that we are only allowed a finite number of people at our wedding venue and we will not have enough room for everyone to be able to bring a plus one.
