for the ladies

Guests are welcome to wear formal Indian or Western attire.

There are many options for traditional Indian attires for women: sarees, lehengas, shararas, or anarkalis are some of them!

Note: Indian attire needs to be stitched to be perfectly fitting and therefore is measured in inches rather than standard sizes.

for the gents

Guests are welcome to wear formal Indian or Western attire.

The best traditional Indian wear at a wedding would be the kurta (a long collarless shirt).

Many kurtas are sold with the matching pyjama. You may also buy a Nehru jacket to go along with it to look extra classy.

If you buy it as a single piece, you can mix and match it with pants or a dhoti (loose trousers) or a mundu (garment worn around the waist, typical of Kerala).

Suits are also appropriate.
