Q + A

Can I bring a guest?

If your invitation includes an option for a plus one, then yes! We look forward to celebrating with you and your guest.

Can I bring my kids?

If your invitation was addressed to " the family of..." or had the specific names of your children on the invitation, they are invited to come. We weren't able to invite everyone's child though, so please make sure to reference your RSVP.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 430pm. Please arrive no later than 330pm to allow time to park, enter the venue and find a seat. No late entry into the ceremony area will be permitted.

Does the venue have parking?

Yes! There is plenty of complimentary parking at the venue.

Can I take pictures?

We kindly request that you enjoy this special moment presently with us and leave all cell phones or cameras in your purse or pocket during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture every detail of the wedding and we will of course share those photos with you afterward. After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day and we encourage you snap away! There will be QR codes you can scan that leads you to an app so the bride and groom can see the photos you take all in one place!

When and where do I RSVP?

Please RSVP on our website by 04/19/2025. You are welcome to RSVP before this date!

What if I can't make it?

You will be missed, but we completely understand. Please RSVP "no" as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Do you have a wedding registry?

In leiu of a wedding registry Calvin and Alyssa are asking for contributions toward our honeymoon fund! Immediately after the wedding we are looking to relax locally, then either in the fall or for our one year anniversary we will be going to Japan!!!

What will the weather be like?

Although we can't predict the exact weather, Washington weather is always hit or miss with an inclination toward rain. There will be a tent set up next to the barn/reception area, so we will have cover if the weather is not on our side.
