There are rooms blocked for our wedding guests under the Scholl-Coles Wedding. Please call the number (563) 230-2495 and select option #2 to talk to the front desk to reserve in the block. Hotel is located in Dyersville, IA. It is approximately 10 minutes from the reception location and 32 minutes from the ceremony location.

National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium

Historic cable car. Also known as the Fourth Street Elevator, this funicular railway has been called “the world’s steepest, shortest scenic railway.” 296 feet in length, elevating passengers 189 feed from Fourth Street up to&nbsp;Fenelon Place. Magnificent view of downtown Dubuque business district, the Mississippi River and three states. Buses should go to the bottom of the bluff. Please use 4th and Bluff Streets for GPS. Narrow streets with parking on both sides at the top of the bluff. Open 8 AM to 10 PM daily April 1 though November 30. Closed Thanksgiving. We do not accept debit or credit cards.

Fenelon Place Elevator Company

One of the bride and grooms favorite places! Textile was renovated to restore its beauty and become a microbrewery, displaying the vintage charm of the sewing factory. You'll find almost everything in the taproom was found in the building (besides the chairs and honed granite bar top).&nbsp; All Textile brews are made in the brewery, located in the basement of the building. You will find delicious brews to be paired with the massive Bavarian pretzel, pretzel bites and flatbread (gluten-free option available). Our beers are exclusive as they are only served in our Textile taproom and distributed to our&nbsp;<a href="https://thecornertaproom.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">satellite taproom</a>&nbsp;in Cascade, IA. We offer dine-in, take-out, and curbside service. We also have a dog-friendly Biergarten with umbrellas and firepits!

Drinks and snacks will be available at the Farley Memorial Hall prior to the reception starting. Please make your way there prior to the bridal party grand entrance.

5:00 PM - Cocktail Hour

Wedding Day Timeline

The wedding ceremony will be help in the Lagen-Buelow Gazebo (to the right of the visitor center). It will take approximately 5 minutes to walk to the seating area from the main parking areas shown on the map here on the top and bottom left.
