Reception: American Farm Heritage Museum in Greenville, IL
This will be an indoor event.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will promptly begin at 3:00 PM. We ask you arrive no later than 2:50 PM to be seated and ready for the ceremony to begin.
Kids?
We have elected to have select kiddos be present! With that being said, it will be listed on your invitation as the number included to be in attendance! We ask that you please respect this as we want to be able to accommodate everyone! We hope this gives you enough time in advance to plan and hope for you to be able to join us in celebrating!
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
NO! We have hired a professional photographer/videographer for a reason! We want everyone to be present and not sitting with their phones up! PLEASE ENSURE YOUR RINGERS ARE OFF!
Travel Between Venues
Both the Ceremony and Reception are being held on the same property! The only traveling you will be doing between venues will be walking from the ceremony location on the property to the main building where the reception will be held!
Can I bring a guest?
Unless it is specifically indicated on your invitation for you to RSVP with {your name} + Guest, we ask that no additional guests are brought to our wedding! If there is a question about this PLEASE do not hesitate to reach out to the Bride or the Groom and we will discuss this topic due to possible human error in potentially forgetting to "add a plus one to your invite". With that being said, we do appreciate wanting to have people there celebrating us; however, our wish is to keep things secluded to our guest list.
What happens if you don't RSVP in time?
This is not the biggest deal, however we will be more appreciative if this is done on time due to the numbers being given to our catering service! This will also help us when setting up the week of the wedding knowing how many tables and chairs to have available and if additional are needed!
Will there be an Open Bar?
Yes! We are planning to have an open bar! With that being said, we ask that you take care of our bartenders, please be grateful that drinks are being provided and tip them as you would if you were paying for your drinks!
Is there a dress code?
There is no specific dress code, however we ask that you dress nicely in proper wedding attire!
Are there any colors the guest list should avoid?
Yes! Please avoid traditional colors reserved for the bride, i.e., White.
