You always hear people say, "it was love at first sight". Well, we would say that sums it up pretty well for both of us.

In the fall of 2018, Bailey was very adamant on keeping up conversation with someone who was 1,500 miles away from him. Both of us weren't necessarily looking for anything relationship wise at this moment but somehow it ended up that way. We began what we didn't know would be "Our Forever" on November 21, 2018 after I flew home from school to surprise him over Thanksgiving weekend that year.

Since then, we have over come many obstacles together. Bailey seemed to know pretty soon that this is what he wanted and I felt the same.

Some people talk about how "a promise ring is a waste of money" or "they don't really mean anything". Well, this was not our outlook on this topic. Bailey "promised" in February of 2019 that some day we would have everything together that we have ever wanted. Throughout the next few years we continued to grow together and have since moved in together to our own home, have 2 fur babies that we love with our whole hearts, and GOT ENGAGED!

Bailey proposed on April 29, 2023 with the ring I am proud to wear for more reasons than one!
