If you know anything about Cami and Alex, you know they are both the most proud Penn State alumni. They met in State College, Pennsylvania, on a school snow day in February of 2019. They officially started dating on September 7th of 2019, when Alex(who had already graduated) came back to campus for a football game. They spent the first three years of their relationship travelling back and forth from the various places they were living (Hershey, Richmond and Washington DC). When Alexs job as an actuary went fully remote, he decided to move up to the Washington DC area to move in with Cami, where she works as a NICU Nurse in June of 2022. They still live in that same apartment, with their cats Wallace and Mango who they added to the family in January of 2023.
Cami and Alex spend most of their spare time exploring the DC area, trying new restaurants and breweries with their friends. They love to travel, having been to Puerto Rico, St Thomas, Turks & Caicos, and Ireland together so far. They look forward to their honeymoon to France and Italy. Cami enjoys reading, crocheting and panicking about the every move of Taylor Swift. Alex enjoys going to the gym, biking and his brand new hobby of golf.
Alex proposed to Cami on July 7th, 2023 on the National Mall in Washington DC. They cannot wait to celebrate their fun and carefree love with their family and friends on April 26th, 2025.
