Both the wedding ceremony and the wedding reception will be taking place at 48 Fields Farm, in Leesburg Virginia.

Please head over to the RSVP section of this website. All RSVPs will be due March 14th, 2025. If you have not RSVP'd by that point, we will assume you are not coming.

We have reserved a hotel block at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites. Those who wish to reserve a room need to call the hotel directly at 703-669-1650 and ask for the Greif/Rosencrance Wedding Block.

If you are planning to stay at the hotel where we reserve a hotel block, we will provide transportation to and from the venue. There will be a shuttle departing the Holiday Inn Express & Suites at 4:45pm for the venue. The bus will arrive at the hotel at 4:30pm and depart at 4:45. Please ensure you make it downstairs in time to make the shuttle, as it will only be making one trip. On the way back, the shuttle will stop at the after party location before continuing on to the hotel. If you do not wish to take the shuttle , you may park your car for free at the venue, but you cannot leave your car overnight. As Leesburg is deep in Virginia wine country, Uber and other rideshares may not be readily available.

Our overall dress code is formal attire, but as this is a spring wedding with (hopefully!) a large outdoor component, we would love to see our guests lean into the garden party aesthetic. For women, this means flowy dresses, breathable fabrics (such as chiffon or cotton), and shoes that are made for navigating uneven terrains. For men, you can’t go wrong with a lightweight suit in soft colors (like tan or light blue) paired with a crisp white button-down. Get creative, but please, no denim! Please avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride (whites, creams and ivories).

Due to limited venue space, we cannot accommodate plus ones unless it is expressed on your invitation. Let us know if you have any questions.

We love your little ones, but we are unable to accomodate children unless it is expressed on your invitation. We hope you will see our wedding as a fun 'adults night out!'

We will be serving various hors d'oeurves at our cocktail hour followed by a plated dinner with a choice of entree. If you have any dietary restrictions, you can express this to us when you RSVP.

We ask that during the actual ceremony you refrain from cell phone use. Our officiant will make an announcement prior to the ceremony as a reminder. We hired professional photographers for a reason.

Yes, Cami will be changing her last name to Rosencrance and will be moving her current last name to a middle name position.
