Depending on the size of your group you may want to rent a car. Uber's from the airport/downtown to the beach are 15-20 minutes and $20-$30. The Pointe (reception) is 15 minutes from Our Lady of the Assumption (ceremony) and Ubers will be about $20. Trollies will be provided from Pensacola Beach Resort to the church at 2:15 and 2:50. Trollies will be available at 4:15 and 5:20 from the church to The Pointe. And trollies will bring guests from The Pointe back to the beach at 10:00

For the sake of proximity you may want to stay on the beach. However there may be more affordable places to stay Downtown Pensacola. They are ("only" - Ben) 15 minutes away from each other, so whatever you are willing to do.

Semi-formal. Friendly reminder, Ceremony will be held in the Catholic Church. Reception will be indoor and outdoor. Be cautious of heel choice.
