Welcome to the mountains! We'll be hanging out at the local brewery, greeting those arriving on Thursday. Beer, wine, seltzers, and light bites will be provided.

Head on a fun (and relatively easy!) hike with us in one of the most beautiful places in the world. We will be starting the hike from Rainbow Falls trailhead in Mammoth Valley at 11:00am. The drive from the Village down to the trailhead is roughly 40 minutes. IMPORTANT: When entering the valley, please tell the park ranger that you need to buy a day pass ($10) as you are looking to check out campsites at Reds Meadows Campground. They will NOT let you drive your own car down into the valley if you tell them you are going on a hike! Please do your best to carpool, as we don't want to be *too* suspicious with our large amount of cars. You can also opt to take the shuttle into the valley instead.

Please plan to be seated at The Forest Chapel by 4:15pm. The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm sharp. Transportation will be provided from both the Village Lodge (3:30pm) and Mammoth Mountain Inn (3:15pm) to the ceremony, as well as back to the Village at the end of the night. Please plan to either drive yourself to the ceremony and reception, carpool with other guests, or utilize our transportation. Your safety is so important to us... please do not drink and drive! We can't wait to keep the party going! Please note, we do not have full rent-out of this space. Drinks will be available by individual purchase. Shuttles will be available to take back to Mammoth Mountain Inn from 12:15pm to 2:00am.
