It depends on what adventures you plan to do! Northern California is typically cooler than Southern California. We would recommend packing a lighter jacket (incase of inclement weather) some comfy clothes for the evening out by the fire and some pants. Also pack a bathing suit if you plan to do any swimming! The house has a hot tub and beaches nearby. If you plan to continue the party with us back in So Cal, please ensure that you pack for some warmer weather. Slippers, shorts, tanks and tees are usually just fine, but again that jacket may come in handy as we do still get the occasional spring shower.

If you plan to fly in, the closest airport to Redwood NP is Eureka-Arcata Airport. Larger airports will require a longer drive, but you can fly into Redding Regional, Sacramento International, or San Francisco International. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Taylor to assist.

We ask that you wear natural/earthy colored semi-formal attire. Keep in mind, we are having our ceremony outdoors, in the forest, and we highly recommend that your footwear be fit for that environment.

Both are planned to take place outdoors. If the weather works against us, we can move the reception inside, but the ceremony will remain outdoors, so please plan accordingly.

After the ceremony, we will do family pictures and you will have from approximately 230 PM - 700 PM to do whatever you would like! Feel free to use this time to explore some more of the park, any of the recommended “things to do”, or head back to the house and relax.

After we have wrapped up pictures, we will come together again for dinner. It'll consist of salad, pizza, a mac and cheese bar and s'mores for dessert. Both non-vegan and vegan options available. Some drinks (water/wine/beer) will be provided, but if you have something specific you would like, or other dietary needs, please let us know.

We want you to be fully present with us during our ceremony, so please let our wonderful photographer, Christie, do what she does best. We will be able to share the photos with you later on! Feel free to take lots of pictures throughout the rest of the wedding weekend though.

We ask that you let us be the first to make any announcements, before you take to your own socials. After we have, feel free to share whatever, whenever, especially any of the cool exploring you do in the down time! We just ask that you please respect our wishes to be the first ones to tell our people.
