Hike, bike, hang out at the beach or check out local wine tasting all within minutes of this charming hideaway above Lake Malibu. Please note the pool not heated and the Spa is not operational. The Space:

The property is 2.5 acres off a long private driveway. The house is an open and contemporary space. of 2500 square feet, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths plus a 1/2 bath and outdoor shower. The house is not shared and there is no other airbnb on site. There is a fully equip kitchen as well as a gas grill and outdoor heater by the pool. We surf boards, buggy boards, beach chairs, cooler, all of which can be used with advance notice only (if we are out of town these items may be locked up) Parking is tandem on the concrete driveway and there is space for a 3 cars. Parking is very limited as this is a narrow hillside area. Street parking is far and limited.

Guest access:

You will have full access to the house. The house is private and not in anyway shared. You also have private use of the yard/pool which is enclosed by the 5 foot tall fence which is about 1 acre. The basement of the house and garage are not available for guest use. These areas are not accessible from inside the living area. The Greenhouse, veggie garden, chicken coop RVs, trailers and any cars parked on the property are also not for guest use.

Just - RE-Listed! Gorgeous fully remodeled home in the beautiful neighborhood of Old Agoura, one of the most peaceful and safe neighborhoods in Los Angeles! Be close to everything in LA & Malibu Beaches. 2000 sq. ft (190 sq. meters) 3 bedroom 2.5 baths.

The Space:

We designed our home for relaxation in this peaceful setting with mature oak trees and rolling hills. 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom, 2000 square foot (190 sq. meters), brand new remodeled home. Every detail designed for relaxation and peace. Over 1000 square feet of decking, Sundance jacuzzi spa. Several Hammocks around the property to relax in (one of my favorite things to do to unwind).

The Master Bedroom has a King Bed and is a large room with gas fire place, walk in closet and spa style shower with three shower heads and a bench seat, double sink and vanity counter.

There is a second large bedroom as big as the master bedroom with a King bed, making it like a second master bedroom. The blue couch in the photos is a pullout twin bed. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the 3rd smaller bedroom.

The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed in it. Plus Washer/ Dryer in a separate room.

This is a 2 story home, the living area is upstairs and the bedrooms are downstairs.

Our amazing neighborhood is one of the only areas in Los Angeles that is a horse community, it has a quaint old ranch California feeling while being extremely close to everything Los Angeles has to offer. Namely we are 15-20 minutes to Zuma Beach, Malibu Pier and many other Malibu Beaches. We are walking distance to Chesebro Canyon trails, and hiking area. Also Malibu Creek state park is a 10 minute drive away, with great walking/hiking areas. Santa Monica Pier is 35-40 minutes drive drive down the beautiful Pacific Coast Highway.

Lots of nearby Shopping, local supermarkets, movie theater, Trader Joes, restaurants, etc are 5 minutes away, Plus Camarillo Outlets are 20 minutes.

One of the only communities in Los Angeles that you can see stars at night!

Our 4BR/3BA cottage on the top of a hill, you come on foot, climbing the stone stairs or take the winding ramp through the garden. Surrounded by parks and wildlife, you will enjoy the sunlit vistas during the day, the stars during the night. A pool on one side of the cottage and you feel that you are in Ibiza. On the other side, a patio with a European antique fountain and you feel like you are in Provence. Eclectic and rustic, elegant and simple.

The space was built in 1926, our cottage is one of the first wooden cabins erected in Malibou lake, a charming gateway established for Hollywood celebrities in the 1920s. The interior reflects our artistic and European sensibilities. Outfitted state of the art furniture, an antique fountain and other creative details, the space offers expansive views of the Santa Monica mountains in a private setting designed for relaxation and retreat.

Guest access:

Guest will have abundant parking space in the front yard below the house. (They can fit up to 4 cars). There is a ramp going up to the house (The Blue Cabin on top of the hill). There's also a secondary access via the stone steps in case you feel more athletic! . Review the check-in diagram for more info.

Other things to note:

Constructed in the 1930s, our cottage exudes the period's charm and adheres to its original regulations. Therefore, we welcome children aged 7 and older, provided they are closely supervised. Please note that the property isn't fully enclosed and is home to local wildlife.

The hosts, Ardie and Leo (7-year old Golden Retriever),reside in a quaint, separate cottage located on the adjacent lot. We respect our guests’ privacy, but can make ourselves available if needed.

I am celebrating my Bachelorette Bash at this Malibu Home in April ! This is about 17 minutes away from The Lodge (our wedding venue).

This 6000 square foot Villa was custom-designed by local Christopher Scott.

The bedrooms are extremely spacious with bathrooms to accompany rooms. Windows designed to showcase the surrounding nature and Ocean views.

Although the home is extremely private you are only 7 minutes from Pacific Coast Highway/ Latigo Shores Beach.

Swim and Sun bathe at our beautiful pool deck with Ocean views! BBQ and roast marsh-mellows under the stars at the fire pit.

3) Santana Suite is aptly names for 1 of the signed guitars which adjourns its musical walls. This cool room has a comfortable new king bed, bureau, desk,

Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a balcony with views & a custom handcrafted hand tiled bathroom w/ a shower bathtub & TWO sinks/ vanities (1 sink is outside the bathroom so multiple people can “get ready” at the same time).
