No pets are allowed on facility grounds without a signed waiver; cars are not allowed in cabin areas; vehicles may drive to the front door (not double doors) and may drive to the rear of the lodge to deliver something or pick up supplies only. No driving and/or parking is permitted near any cabin. Park all motor vehicles in the parking lot below the restrooms. Recreational vehicles must adhere to this also.

If you are bringing a dog, please let Cara and Kevin know so you can get a copy of this waiver to fill out and sign. :) THANK YOU!!

ADDENDUM TO LEASE CONTRACT

11/18/2025

This is an Addendum to the Lease Agreement dated 11/18/2025. This document modifies the Lease

Agreement as described below. These additions shall be made valid as if they are included in the original

stated contract.

You will be permitted to have your dog(s) at the event and agree to hold Central Idaho 4-H

Camp harmless from all liability arising from any injury, damage, loss, or expense caused by

said dog(s). If there are damages as a result of said dog(s), you will be charged a minimum of

$600.00 for repairs. You must also clean up after your dog(s).

The caretaker has final say of what goes on at camp during your stay, he has the authority to shut down the

camp if the contract is not adhered to or unsuitable activities are taking place. We want you to enjoy your

time at our camp, but we also need to have it a safe environment for everyone involved.

All other terms and conditions are as stated in the original Lease Agreement. No other terms or conditions

of the above-mentioned contract shall be negated or changed as a result of this addendum.
