Our Wedding

This&nbsp;is&nbsp;a&nbsp;tried&nbsp;and&nbsp;true&nbsp;love!&nbsp;We've&nbsp;been&nbsp;through&nbsp;medical&nbsp;issues&nbsp;(Carey's&nbsp;long&nbsp;and&nbsp;painful&nbsp;kidney&nbsp;stone&nbsp;ordeal),&nbsp;&nbsp;a&nbsp;hurricane&nbsp;with&nbsp;no&nbsp;electricity&nbsp;for&nbsp;3&nbsp;days,&nbsp;&nbsp;three&nbsp;&nbsp;house&nbsp;rehabs,&nbsp;many&nbsp;trips&nbsp;including&nbsp;Germany,&nbsp;Michigan,&nbsp;North&nbsp;Carolina,&nbsp;Savanah&nbsp;GA&nbsp;and&nbsp;now&nbsp;the&nbsp;COVID&nbsp;pandemic.&nbsp;&nbsp;All&nbsp;without&nbsp;killing&nbsp;each&nbsp;other!&nbsp;Just&nbsp;kidding!&nbsp;We&nbsp;get&nbsp;along&nbsp;great&nbsp;and&nbsp;all&nbsp;of&nbsp;these&nbsp;obstacles&nbsp;have&nbsp;made&nbsp;us&nbsp;closer.

What We've Accomplished

On&nbsp;Sept&nbsp;24,&nbsp;2017,&nbsp;while&nbsp;in&nbsp;a&nbsp;vacation&nbsp;with&nbsp;friends,&nbsp;Carey&nbsp;asked&nbsp;Sandra&nbsp;to&nbsp;get&nbsp;married&nbsp;in&nbsp;Germany.&nbsp;&nbsp;They&nbsp;were&nbsp;staying&nbsp;overnight&nbsp;at&nbsp;the&nbsp;Castle&nbsp;Stromburg&nbsp;in&nbsp;Oberwesel.&nbsp;If&nbsp;you&nbsp;haven't&nbsp;heard&nbsp;it&nbsp;already,&nbsp;it's&nbsp;a&nbsp;much&nbsp;longer&nbsp;and&nbsp;funny&nbsp;story&nbsp;so&nbsp;be&nbsp;sure&nbsp;to&nbsp;ask&nbsp;the&nbsp;next&nbsp;time&nbsp;you&nbsp;see&nbsp;us!

The Ring

On&nbsp;Sept&nbsp;23,&nbsp;2016,&nbsp;after&nbsp;meeting&nbsp;on&nbsp;Match.com,&nbsp;we&nbsp;had&nbsp;our&nbsp;first&nbsp;date&nbsp;&nbsp;at&nbsp;Stein&nbsp;and&nbsp;Vine&nbsp;in&nbsp;Brandon,&nbsp;Florida.&nbsp;&nbsp;When&nbsp;I&nbsp;arrived,&nbsp;Carey&nbsp;introduced&nbsp;me&nbsp;to&nbsp;another&nbsp;couple&nbsp;and&nbsp;I&nbsp;thought&nbsp;he&nbsp;brought&nbsp;friends&nbsp;on&nbsp;our&nbsp;date!&nbsp;Turns&nbsp;out&nbsp;he&nbsp;had&nbsp;just&nbsp;met&nbsp;them&nbsp;while&nbsp;waiting&nbsp;for&nbsp;me&nbsp;to&nbsp;arrive.
