In March 2019, Carley, a freshman at Meredith College, and Dalton, a sophomore at NC State, were out with friends when Dalton spotted Carley and decided to shoot his shot. They exchanged numbers and went their separate ways—only to end up FaceTiming all night. The very next day, they had their first date at Bojangles, and their connection was undeniable.

From that moment on, they were inseparable. They navigated college together—tackling Zoom classes during COVID, summer courses, and eventually, graduation. After nearly six years of love, laughter, and countless memories, Dalton proposed to Carley on January 11, 2025, in front of their closest friends and family.

They are beyond excited to start this next chapter as husband and wife and can’t wait to celebrate their special day with all of YOU!
