The RSVP deadline is September 15. Please allow us adequate time to plan for you to celebrate with us! The hotel reservation block closes on September 20, so you have until that day to make a reservation using our group rate.

We have a reservation block with Hyatt House Pleasanton for the nights of Thursday, October 17, and Friday, October 18. Please visit the 'Travel' page of the website for more information.

We are not providing transportation, though Uber/Lyft/etc. is widely available in the Sunol/Pleasanton area. We also encourage guests to carpool, especially if staying at the Hyatt House Pleasanton. There will be signage on Main St. and parking attendants at the venue to direct you on the wedding day.

The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. We recommend arriving between 5 and 5:15 if you'd like time to get a welcome drink and find your seat with time to spare.

The wedding dress code is formal/black tie optional. That means long pants and floor-length or tea-length dresses! Please, no shorts or denim.

The ceremony will be outdoors beneath a permanent (and beautiful) tent. We will be protected from the elements but not cut off from the garden's natural beauty. Cocktail hour will also take place outdoors, on the venue's front patio, but the reception will be in the venue's ballroom.

While Jack and Pepper will be at the venue, Carter (the bride's family's cockapoo) will be relaxing somewhere quieter. He's an older guy and simply can't be bothered with our shenanigans!

Because of Sunol's citywide sound ordinance, the party will stop at 10:30 pm. Everyone needs to be out of the venue by 11 pm. Want to keep the party going with the bride and groom? Ask the bridal party what the afterparty plan is!

We invite our out-of-town guests to join us at our rehearsal dinner on Thursday, October 17. Additionally, we will be collecting an email list for those interested in celebrating with us at the San Jose Barracuda's opening night on Saturday, October 19. We hope to spend more time with our friends and family over the wedding weekend, and we will update the website when there's any new information.
