Yes! We have a block reserved at the La Quinta Resort, which is the venue where all events will be hosted. Head to the "Stay" page for additional details. You can find additional lodging options here, too.

For the Welcome Party, the attie is Desert Casual in white/cream/ivory! Attire options for women could include sundresses (any length), tailored linen or crepe shorts or pants, mid or maxi-length skirts, and lightweight knits or blazers. For the men, collared shirts, dress shirts, and linen or khaki pants work well; sports coats are optional. We recommend that everyone bring a light jacket, wrap, or sweater as it cools down in the evenings. For the Wedding, the attire is Black Tie Preferred. Floor-length dresses would be appropriate for women. We also reccommend bringing a shawl or wrap as the desert cools down in the evening. For men, a tuxedo with a black bow tie is preferred. A dark suit, white shirt, and solid-colored bow tie or neck tie is also acceptable.

Fall is the best time to visit the valley - the weather is perfect, in our opinion. You can expect mild mornings (low to middle 60s), warm days (middle to high 80s), and middle 70s after the sun goes down in the evening.

All festivities will be outdoors! We cannot wait to enjoy the mountains, palm trees, and desert scenery all weekend long with our loved ones.

While we love all of your kids, these will be adult-only events. For plus-ones, we unfortunately cannot accomodate beyond those listed on the invitations to our special dates.

The closest airport to La Quinta is Palm Springs International Airport (PSP), which is about a 30 minute drive out. Ontario International Airport (ONT) is another great option for travel and is a 1 hour and 30 minute drive to La Quinta. Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is a 2 hour and 25 minute drive to La Quinta, and would be a great option for those wanting to make other stops in SoCal on the way to the desert!

We ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony begins.

We kindly ask you to refrain from taking photos during the wedding ceremony. We have a fantastic photographer that will be capturing every moment for us! Photos at any other time are welcome.

La Quinta Resort offers both valet and self-park options. The resort has a great staff that will be able to direct you to any of our scheduled events.
