Guests will be shuttled from the parking lot to the ceremony site.

Personal vehicles are not permitted at the ceremony site.

Final shuttle will depart parking lot at 4:15 PM.

CEREMONY BEGINS AT 4:30 PM

Guests will be shuttled to the reception site for cocktail hour, dinner & dancing!

Shuttle from the reception to the parking lot will be available throughout the evening.

The round-trip shuttle service returning guests to their accommodations will depart at the end of reception (~11 pm). Please see "Round-Trip Shuttle Service" on the Transportation page for more information.

The ceremony will be held outdoors in a grassy meadow & the reception will be held in a climate controlled, indoor/outdoor barn, with a covered patio.

Mountain temperatures can vary from hour to hour, especially this time of year, so we recommend bringing layers to enjoy both outdoor & indoor festivities!

Line up those babysitters! We love little ones, however, we have chosen to make our special day an adult only event to allow our guests the opportunity to relax and let loose. Thank you for understanding!
