There is plenty of parking available at the venue in the designated parking lot.

Any cars left overnight must be retrieved by noon on Sunday.

Venue staff will shuttle groups of guests from the parking lot to ceremony site, from the ceremony site to reception and from the reception to the parking lot.

UBER & LYFT ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN FLEETWOOD & WEST JEFFERSON!

There is likely more service available leaving from downtown Boone TO the venue but we recommend that you do not plan on ride share services or cabs for your ride home unless they are pre-arranged. Also, there is an App State home game on Saturday, which could further limit availability leaving downtown Boone. Keep in mind, cell service can be spotty in these areas, especially around the venue.

Venue operated round-trip shuttle service can be prearranged for guests staying in approved "shuttle friendly" accommodations that are within a set radius designated by the venue. See Accommodations page for "Shuttle-Friendly" AirBnB / Cabin Rentals / Hotel

(NOTE: This is not the same shuttle service operating on the property shuttling all guests to/from ceremony and reception sites)

~IMPORTANT~

This shuttle service will only run for guest pick-ups at their accommodation BEFORE the ceremony & drop-offs at their accommodation AFTER the reception ends ~ approx. 11pm. Special request pick-up & drop-off times will not be available.

If you do not plan to stay for the entire duration of the event, the round-trip shuttle service may not be a good option for you.

Depending on location / # of guests on the route, pick-up times could be as early as 1-2 hours prior to the ceremony. Please keep this & check-in times in mind when booking accommodations.

UPDATE: AS OF Aug 17th, ROUND TRIP SHUTTLE SPACE IS VERY LIMITED. If you have indicated interest in the shuttle service in your RSVP, please respond to the email sent to you regarding shuttle planning ASAP.
