Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

All events will be outdoors. The welcome dinner and brunch are planned outside (weather permitting) and will move under the tent if needed. The wedding reception will be held under a tent on grassy ground, so please wear comfortable, stable footwear—platforms, wedges, or dressy flats are better choices than stilettos.

What does Summer Formal mean?

Wear something summery and nice—light, breathable fabrics are best. We expect it will be warm, so comfort is key.

Where will all the wedding festivities be held?

All events will take place on the property at Sterling Ridge Resort on the Lawn behind the Mansfield House. We will have signs on the day; if you’re lost, look for the big white tent!

Will there be any activities to do at Sterling Ridge?

If you’re staying at the resort, there’s a pool and a large pond with canoes and kayaks. There are also walking trails around the property. Jeffersonville and Stowe (through Smuggler's Notch) have many nearby activities—see our "Things to Do" page for recommendations.

Are kids or plus-ones invited to the wedding?

Unless specified on your invitation or RSVP, guests and children are not invited. If you’re unsure, please reach out to Kyle or Carly for clarification.

Where should we park?

Parking will be available on-site; follow signs and attendants’ directions on the day. If you need accessible parking, please contact us in advance.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Please let us know on your RSVP or contact Kyle or Carly directly so we can accommodate dietary needs.
