As much as we love all of the little ones in our lives, we have decided to limit the children at our wedding. This excludes children that are a part of our bridal party and family. Children that are invited have their own RSVP. We hope you take this opportunity to have a lovely couples getaway and make prior arrangements. We greatly appreciate your understanding.

Pets are not allowed on the venue property.

It can get cold in October in Bigfork. The ceremony and reception are outside. We recommend bringing a good jacket to put on when the sun goes down. Maxi dresses or midi dresses are recommended. Flats, wedges, and chunk heels would be best, as all events will be held in the grass.

We have a block of rooms reserved at two hotels. That information is under Travel. You can camp at the venue without any hookups. We just ask you park your trailer in a respectable manner. There are also many other hotels/lodges in the Bigfork (10 min) and Kalispell (23 min) area. There are also many Airbnbs and VRBOs.

If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invitation and also will appear under your RSVP on our website. Thank you for your understanding.

The bar will be a cash bar, with partial beverages being covered by us. Please do not bring outside alcohol into the venue.

There will not be transportation to the ceremony, but transportation will be available after the reception. The shuttle will be stopping downtown Bigfork, at the Best Western Flathead and at the Hilton Garden Inn. Vehicles can be left in the parking lot at the venue but need to be picked up the next morning.
